I just build this, pretty easy install on the case, fans work well and keep it cool, the moveable drive bays are a godsend to air flow. Was an upgrade from a celeron based dell computer that idled at 70C (PSU blocked the CPU fan) and a 4750 GPU that ran as hot as the sun.
I did the best job I could with the cable management, can't do a perfect job with a non-modular PSU, the rest of the cabes are shoved behind the bays. The thing runs pretty silent, even with both case fans going at 12v i cant hear anything with a headset on.
Mainly used for LoL and CS:GO, but now i have the ability to run other games maybe that will change. I ran CS:GO before I had to go to work and it was running on 1080p on medium well.
Had some issues with OS install and was worried i messed it up until i booted ubuntu from a USB and it worked fine, then do the same with a win 7 trial until next months paycheck.
The next step is a graphics card, can't decide what to get, with a max £150 limit, a 650ti or a 660, or AMD equivalent. Then some matching monitors, not the TV's HDMI port anymore.
*I have now installed the graphics card, works like a dream, I can't hear it being about 3 feet away with a headset on
(Called the wheelie bin because thats where I told the postman to put the parts because I was out)
