Everything went pretty smooth with the build. Only problem I ran into is that I don't have enough money for a GPU right now XD. The 400R is a dream to work with, Corsair really knows how to put a case together. Gigabyte's UEFI is awesome too. I really have no complaints, this hardware was easy to put together and self explanatory. Went with 16GB of RAM because the sticks were DIRT cheap, and they had great reviews; they're not listed as LP but I'd definitely say they are. $1,004.85 for this build. CPU, and MOBO bought at MicroCenter for $308.49. SSD, RAM, PSU, CPU cooler, 120mm fans and case for $339.94 at NewEgg. Went with Newegg specifically because they don't charge me tax to ship here in Texas and their track record with me is flawless. MicroCenter was 2 hours away but I couldn't beat the $50 off MOBO+CPU combo and I had to visit my dad anyways. $10 Rebate on Corsair 400R case and $5 rebate on COOLER MASTER R4-S2S-124K-GP 120mm Case Fan 4 in 1 pack. Total = $969.65 with tax and discounts/rebates. Already had the extra HDD, optical drive and copy of Win7. *Edited to add the newly bought GPU: SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 7950 3GB @ NewEgg for $339.99 with $20 rebate and Win8 Pro for $16.23.
