Here's an updated list of my previous submission. I added a new fan to cool off the memory and the north bridge. I taped it to the graphics card as you can see in the pictures. I also took out a PC speaker from an old PC and super glued it to the case. That's a real PC speaker, not some chintzy piezo speaker. :) Nothing has changed in terms of hardware except the memory.
I use this machine for watching movies, playing games (BF3, DayZ, and a few others), homework, internet, video editing, Skype, etc.
As I previously stated, I really should have gone with an NZXT Source 210 Elite Black case instead. It looks cleaner and has better cable management options, etc. But I don't want to spend the money and have to part this entire system out to move things over...that would be too much work. ;P

Yes, I agree that duct tape will be better for that fan. When I get some, I will replace that cheap Scotch tape.
The TV is a 39" Samsung UN39EH5003FXZA and the stereo is a Sony MHC-GX450. Couldn't ask for a better setup. :) All in all, this entire setup is worth over $2000. That's money well spent IMO.
EDIT: I removed that fan on my graphics card. Turns out that it was throwing off the motherboard's fan control. Whenever I had it enabled, the back exhaust fan wouldn't spin up at all even when the system was under load. When I disabled fan control, all fans were running at max speed. That resulted in good airflow, but the system was incredibly loud. I couldn't handle it, thus I decided to remove it. The PC Speaker still remains, however I am disappointed that the BIOS doesn't beep once when the POST is successful. On new motherboards, it seems that it doesn't beep at all when everything is OK and it only does beep when something is wrong. I suppose it's still somewhat useful, but doesn't bring back the small bit of nostalgia I had hoped for.
