Description

Portable gaming / multimedia machine. Contrary to the warning, the H100i fits in this case. It's a tight fit, but it works.

The only other note is the case is kind of flimsy with the outer panels removed. It flexes quite a bit if you try to spin or move it around without the outer panels installed.

Nice components in a great case. I've been wanting to do a Mini-ITX build SOOOO BADLY! my brother is a Mac guy and he is talking about buying a PC just for gaming aspect and I've been trying to Jedi mind trick him into it just so I can put together an ITX build :D I'll get him, the force is strong in me ;)

Hackintosh

The only thing about hackintosh is they have to have a supported gpu, and windows is better for gaming anyway.

Yeah but nowadays pretty much any mid or high level (maybe even some entry level too) nvidia cards are supported. i'm not 100% sure but i think even the 79xx series are supported. the main thing you need to lookout for the audio and network chipsets, after that many Z87 boards are compatible.

Okay, good to know

I don't see how this thing can make toast, but you may have accidentally made a damn good computer.

+1 for effort.

A LOT of power packed into a mini-ITX build. This is awesome! Very well done. Hard to believe it all fits!

About how far is the GPU from the side of the case? Thinking about using that case but modding it for a triple-slot GPU.

Alan150003 1 point 5 months ago

I don't own one, but looking at the pictures it looks like there isn't enough space between the second slot, and side panel. However if you wanted to get creative you could probably move the motherboard over a centimeter or two.

That cable management excites me.

Eggman772 1 point 5 months ago

Cable management looks pretty clean for such a small form factor case, Nice build +1

just amazing! so much power in such a tiny space.

Just wondering, the 80 mm fan in the back, did you just get a fan header splitter for that and the front fan? because i have a mini itx board in the same case, and it only has one system fan header, just wondering.

illinklined [1 Build] 1 point 5 months ago

Would have been nice of corsair to provide two extra fan grills for this case. They're assuming a wc build so why not include them. And or your rad should be mounted first to avoid any cables hitting fans @ 2200rpm:( Nice build otherwise:)
