linux workstation

wanted a quality linux workstation with lots of cores & mem and relatively inexpensive. The x6 1045T, GA-970A-UD3, and 16Gb corsair LPs work very nicely - can run 3x vm's under virtualbox each have 2v-core & 2gb ram perfect for dev/test environment.

Unfortunately very little aside from shell programs, the last 20 years or so I have been doing unix systems administration!
