Description

this is my lovely little budget amd build. its not a power house but it gets the job done

gpu -every game i play tf2, l4d2 portal 1 and 2 skyrim league of legends and other it plays them all at max and i am very happy i didnt waste my money getting a 7870 for 200 when my 7790 plays everything on max at 60 fps

hard drive-has a funny story my friend had a external hard drive that his mom broke the connector and i asked if i could have it she said sure and i took it apart threw it in the living room pc and it worked i reformatted it and it runs like a champ. i threw a copy of windows 7 on it i got from my old pc and its fine

case is a bit over kill but i freaking love it great cool and looks awesome one complaint is i kicked the reset button a couple of times while gaming and the power buttons kinda feels cheap.

cpu-i have no clue what to say its fast gets the job done but i havent done anything intensive on it but game and the stock coolers super loud

psu-overkill got it on sale at my local ncix for 35$ with tax its quiet

ram-looks awesome and i have no issues

mobo- i got a the msi p-33 from newegg at first and it had issues i got a refund and bought a new one from ncix which was a pain but it works now

cooling-i dont know how to add it but i bought arctic silver 5 from new egg for 5 $ they messed up and sent me 2 tubes so happy day for me also a cooler master quiet fan for 5$

I would just like to make it clear that that power supply you have doesn't have 80+ certification I believe. And You should post more photo's to prevent downvotes.

Why use single channel ram?

dissguy submitter 1 Build 1 point 19 months ago

only ram in my budget, dual channel 4gb is 50$ if i were to do that i might as well get 8gb for 65$

damric 1 point 19 months ago

When you go dual channel, your performance will be much better.
