First time building my own machine. I used parts from a pre-fabricated PC I purchased 3 years ago but added a lot of new components.

New items: Case, PSU, RAM, Motherboard, CPU cooler, and one 7850.

I realized I could have used cheaper components or better components or less of this and more of that, but this build is my own and I love it. I had blast building this machine and still love tinkering around here and there with fans and cable management.

Long term future upgrades: Dual monitors + single high end GPU

ssd was one of my first additions... it seemed like the biggest upgrade though my computer seemed like it got 10x faster

Very nice build. If you plan on upgrading to a better GPU, I recommend waiting until the NVIDIA 7xx or 8xx series comes out or the Radeon 8xxx series comes out.

Thanks! Yes I plan on waiting quite a while before I do any GPU upgrades. As of today the 7850s perform really well on Very High/Ultra settings so I can't complain.
