Only thing I don't like is the Coolmax psu and the laser mouse. Other that it is a pretty decent build, however I think you overpaid on the 480. I've seen them being sold for around $140-$160.

I lean towards optical mice too but the G9x is a nice mouse.

Yeah, that is true. But all of the laser ones I've used recently seem really stuttery. But they weren't high end laser mice.

I know what you mean, running an MS Intellimouse 3.0 right now and loving it.

I've got a rat 3. I couldn't fulfill the need for any more buttons than the two extra I already get.

Why 12 gbs?

Because whenever I had just gotten it, I was on a budget and could only get 4GB. When I went to get more I noticed 8 GB wasn't much more than the 4 more so I just went with that.

I digs it, what games do you play and at what resolution?

1337 is a great number, but is not a "budget build" I have the same thing, except a worse cpu. I have an amd x640, 3 sticks of gskils 4gb, h50 water cooling, 128gb ssd and other things that are somewhat in common!

Please don't trust your entire system to a piece of crap PSU like Coolmax's PSUs.

I just didn't know what I was doing at the time. Now I regret it though.

I went to Microcenter for the first time yesterday (there isn't one locally and I was on vacation), and I was very disappointed to see that they actually carried their products.

I just bought a SeaSonic X Series X650 today to replace my Coolmax PSU. Got it for $99 plus a $20 rebate!

I think you could have gotten a better build for the same money
