WHAT THE FAWK

Perfect. Just strand yourself on an island with this computer, electricity, internet, and an endless pack of skittles and you are all good.

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Lol. Can't forget beer...

Ninjadudewhat 1 Build 3 points 28 months ago

actually i would argue you can't forget some form of water filtration. but it's an amazing build nevertheless

gamerred 1 point 11 months ago

Ninjadudewhat 1 Build 1 point 11 months ago

gamerred 1 point 11 months ago

Graestone45 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Oh no... HE FORGOT THE BEER! :OOOO

Meeeh 2 points 32 months ago

I..think my heart stopped. Some day..some day..I shall build something like this. Of course I wouldn't claim it as my own though, that's just disrespectful. xD

dustfinger 2 points 32 months ago

So I'm looking into getting a triple monitor setup and I was just wondering how thin is the bezel on the monitors and does it bother you when you're gaming?

if1shman03 2 points 32 months ago

Ughhhhhhh Nerdgasm. That's so amazing.

wubley 2 points 31 months ago

Amazing build man! I watched your youtube videos and saw just how dedicated you were to this machine. A+ work :D I wanted to ask you about those monitors, how are they working for you? I've been shopping around for inexpensive IPS panels and I've stumbled upon this Dell display. So what are your thoughts? Anyways great build, and I hope to see more of your work :D

Graestone45 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Awesome, repost with more pics! How did you get the tubing like that? I'm looking at making one myself.

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 4 points 32 months ago

Thanks. It's acrylic tubing that's bent with a heat gun and a rubber hose insert. Check the link in my description for more pics and vids.

Graestone45 1 Build 2 points 32 months ago

Ahhh ok. Thanks!

ITneto 1 point 32 months ago

It's perfect!! only 50° on the gpus? congratulations! it looks better than other builds above 4k

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 2 points 32 months ago

Thanks!! But uhhh... just updated the parts list and it is over 4K lol.

ITneto 2 points 32 months ago

Lol, still one of the best I've seen ever

comptech0408 1 point 32 months ago

How loud does this run? +1 by the way, very cool build!

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 2 points 32 months ago

About 27dB recorded with my Android phone (not the most accurate), from a meter away. 35dB up close with with side panel off. The fans are all running at 7V.

LokStock 2 Builds 2 points 32 months ago

Can you do a YouTube video of how loud the whole thing is? :D

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

I'll be doing a vid soon on changing all the waterblocks and replacing the EX480 to an RX480 V3. Temps will be compared and noise will be measured.

xFatalis 1 point 32 months ago

kwebber321 1 point 32 months ago

jesus that looks bad ***. did you do some heavy modding on the case?

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 2 points 32 months ago

Actually the Switch 810 is very symmetrical and is easy to rotate. I did a good amount of cutting/modding to get it to where it is though. Thanks!!

MicahL 1 Build 1 point 28 months ago

Kriston_S@101 1 point 27 months ago

Wow that's a beauty. Good Job

jkkavan 2 Builds 1 point 26 months ago

My buddy told me the Corsair speakers were highly rated. I just built a 'Bunker' Box for no. 1 son in the US Army using this site. So I look at the builds using it. And I find you. I know you are doing it "for the children". Kid using computer for educational purposes. (Truth is I had to re-do a box to run ArcGIS for my daughter.) Good Lord, Man! Freaking incredible. Work of Art. (How are the speakers? I guess by the monitor question, the Corsair's are better than the monitors?) Don't even look at my pictures. Work in Progress. SLI Card tomorrow UPS re do cables.

BigJerry 1 point 24 months ago

So where do you get the Dwood Pedestal

ITneto 1 point 24 months ago

Hey how is that monitor? Do you notice any input lag (due to the 7ms respond time)? or ghosting?

B3TSA 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

Ever thought of using mountain dew as the coolant? you could use voltage flavour to match your colour scheme ;)

XLucid_DragonX 1 point 21 months ago

I hope your playing games other than Lego star wars on that machine. ;)

J_L_Myers 1 point 20 months ago

Wow. I'm speechless after seeing something so beautiful.

abattlescar 1 point 13 months ago

That build looks so sexy, when I'm out of college and have some money that's exactly how I want my computer to look. How are those speakers by the way? They look really nice, but I've heard they're pretty low quality.

angeloabary 1 point 8 months ago

intensified intensifies.....

jg16jg 2 Builds 1 point 8 months ago

Blue OoO Me like! +1

Baustinmcmanus 1 Build 1 point 7 months ago

Awesome build man. +1 for fooling me with that piece of painted acrylic/metal that the tubing disappears into. I totally thought you had a huge custom clear acrylic res down there. Flawless paint matching. Now let's just hope your fluid doesn't shift color on you like Jay's did.

RyneSmith 7 Builds 0 points 32 months ago

Damn.

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 4 points 32 months ago

Damn...those who tried to claim my build as theirs lol.

Billeeehhhh 0 points 29 months ago

It looks empty for me like the case is used for only half of its potential. I like the design and parts it's just the emptiness for me that doesn't like it. Almost sad seeing wasted space.

ZacDaMan72 1 Build -1 points 32 months ago

I'm surprised how you didn't go and use a Corsair SSD, haha!

joejoe69 submitter 1 Build 2 points 32 months ago

Nah, I like the Intel 520 that I have. Pretty reliable so far and boots quickly.

BigJerry 1 point 24 months ago

So where do you get the Dwood Pedestal

Price updated. However there will be some changes to the water blocks. I'm waiting for Maxwell. Skipping 700 series GPUs for now.
