love the picture of the computer on the computer monitor only thing better would be a camera inside the computer recording it ....hmmmmmm ideal!!

Ben466 [1 Build] 2 points 15 months ago

That is such major overkill lol

You cant utilize the two 780s with 1080p monitors.

I play on a 1440p monitor with a single 780 on ultra with every game and have no problems hitting 50-70 fps, so no two of them are not needed.

athanagames 1 point 13 months ago

with 3 moniters?

Mediciu5 [2 Builds] 1 point 15 months ago

I like the build, good call on the two mice. Though do you ever find yourself getting to like the keypad in FPS games too?

Side question - I'm not familiar with the board, but do you only have one stick of RAM in it or does that board not have dual channel with a 1/3 and 2/4 slot combo? It looks like you have the last two slots unfilled (3/4) meaning you aren't seeing dual channel?

Anyway, good build...but (intended to be funny) I would have skipped the second 780 and used the remaining cash to buy a desk with better mouse-movement retail space. :)

keyys [Submitter] [1 Build] 1 point 15 months ago

i plan to buy another set of ram here in a few. and putting new furniture in my barracks room is a little difficult cause i have to keep the old stuff for when i leave. I actually have never considered a gaming pad. never really saw a use for one.

Mediciu5 [2 Builds] 1 point 15 months ago

By keypad I meant the one on the naga. For furniture, it was only intended to be a funny comment. I can understand space restrictions...

I told this to a guy before, if your budget is over $900 you should be doing liquid cooling.

Why not crossfire r9 290x?

keyys [Submitter] [1 Build] 1 point 15 months ago

Preference it took some convincing to not put SLI titans in this thing. my wallet and I compromised to the 780s

l13199l [1 Build] 1 point 15 months ago

those cards havent been released, he would need to wait to have them

sketch24 [6 Builds] -1 points 15 months ago

Nice build. The power supply isn't great. You could have gotten a much better power supply in the $125 range from seasonic, xfx, pcpc, or corsair.
