Use it for gaming, internet browsing, video editing etc... only took an hour to build, at first this PC didn't lag when playing games, now it kind of does. No big deal though.
Considering you got the PSU for $50 off I won't say a word.
As for the Pentium, I think people don't give it enough credit all said and done, it's a good little processor.
Not sure how I feel about the Hitachi unless you got it for about $50, but I doubt it since the PCPartPicker price is listed at 548.95, you saved $50 on the PSU, and saving $10 on the CPu brings you to about the $490 you said you paid.
Overall I think it's a nice build for the money and peopl are rating you too harshly because it's not an "ub3r l337 $2000 build" or something.
How much did this total out to be? After tax.
Well the only reason I bought the PSU was because it was $50 off and that was a steal the CPU was $10 off so this rig was like $490
That explains it. Nice build!
700W PSU :O. Overkill man even a 350W PSU would complete the job without any problems
Is it a gaming computer
the power supply is overkill
The Pentium you are using, the G630, it is the same one I have in my Inspiron 620 (I know, I know). Very bad if you are using it for anything besides light Internet browsing, and some windows applications. So for gaming, you should have gotten an i3 if anything. Just my opinion, still +1
yeah yeah very old
You DO NOT need that much power!!! A 500 watt would be good!
I think you paid a little too much for that 7770
what kind of gaming do you do with a pentium? Plus that is an overkill PSU
League Of Legends, GTA, Sleeping Dogs, DayZ :P
I used to have this Pentium and LoL worked fine, but I had issues playing DayZ.
Why would you need a TB? I understand you are doing video editing, but on a budget I would easily go for better processor(AMD) and drop the TB to 500GB or maybe even a SSD.
This build is too depressing to comment on. 3 sad faces for you.
: ( : ( : (
But if you look at it, it is two happy faces.
