Really overall solid build! I really like that Thermaltake case. Any particular reason why you got Windows 7 Ultimate though?

+1, my only dislike is the Ultra brand PSU for reasons stated above... Pics show an LSP model, maybe it is a 650? (they do have a grey LS 600 model but LSPs are 450w/550w/650w/750w) so if it is the 650w you should be good to go on this build since you have a lot of head room, I would treat it as a 550w (or if 600w treat as 500w) just to be on the safe side.

I noticed your hdd is directly in front of the GPU, if your temps go over 40C on that drive mount it lower so it takes cool air from the front fan

Very nice, Great deal on the case and it fit a whole bunch of goodies.

Nice! But why does it say "40.00 CAD"?

ashbash231 1 point 11 months ago

CAD is Canadian Dollars so I think he must of imported a part from a Canadian store or something. :)

But it says "Total(Canada): $40.00 CAD"

Does ultra make reliable PSUs?

Edit: lol septa-post

talby [9 Builds] 2 points 11 months ago

IMHO the corsair CX is a better choice, ultra is all over the place with OEMs and nothing is consistent.

To make things even worse, they pulled a SCO back in '08 and claimed to own patents regarding modular litigation and sued all the other PSU manufacturers. For this I have a personal dislike for Ultra and their shareholders and nowadays I stay away from their products.
