Super fast. The small size is good for systems with limited space.
Disgustingly fast, runs at advertised speeds. Couldn't ask for more, except the ability to RAID two of these together. W10 can't be configured to see a RAID setup of two NVME SSDs as a boot drive yet. When that happens, I will acquire another one and make things crazy.
This thing is tiny! Never had a m.2 before, but the fact that it sits on the board and doesn't need a bay drive or needs to be placed somewhere on the case Is great, not to mention the speed of this thing. Has the same capacity as my previous samsung evo ssd. Cant wait to use this as my boot drive. No more internal sata cables for me!
Love the convenience of this drive. Not having to run sata data and power cables is great when it comes to keeping things clean and tidy.
I have this set as my boot drive and although the read/write speeds are appreciated, I have to be honest and say that it doesn't really offer any advantage to a normal SSD when it comes to boot up times.
This thing is awesome. It reads and writes slightly faster than the intel 750d, although the 750 handles 300mb/s more on the 4k r/w's. The random access speed, everything about this is amazingly stupid.
It's overkill for an OS drive, but some apps will be running off of it, I was more attracted to form factor than performance. I currently have no additional power or sata cables in my machine handling data.
Fast as hell. (but Passmark never reads the seq. read speed correctly, for some reason. Even though CDM reads it just fine.) I'm using the PCI-E to M.2 adapter, since for some reason, I was only getting SATA 3 speeds, even with the SSD correctly configured in the BIOS, etc. Adding the card fixed the issue at least until I buy another GPU. :)
Fast, but why would you need it? It's slower to boot than a SATA III SSD due to PCIe lane initialization and much more expensive. Mainly purchased for bragging rights.
Blazingly fast with measured 2.4GB.s read and 1.4MB/s write. Simple file writes extremely fast Eg 2GB set of .MPG video files coping in a second or so. Beware however of serious slowing down with even moderate activity such as Windows 10 updates that can take SSD load to 100% and show up to 5,000 ms latency with this type of load.
Hands down the fastest SSD on the market. Read speeds are insanely, write speeds are insane, it's all insane. If you can afford it, go for it.
