from completed build My Mini ITX Makeover

Fantastic Powerful GPU in a small package. I have this in my Mini ITX build and love it! Runs a little hotter than a full sized 970 and does not have the same overclock potential but it is a real 970 and has the power to prove it.

Runs pretty much everything at at least 1080p 60fps up until Feb of 2016 (save for a few titles that were deliberately designed to burn graphics cards to the ground). This is a great workhorse card that is perfect for an ideal build that is not too much overkill for performance and your wallet. It does compete directly with the R9 390, of which can be had in an 8GB option, but this card really is "the" go-to option for a no-nonsense go-anywhere-do-anything card, especially because its one of the most powerful non-full size cards you can get (outside of the R9 Nano)

This thing is LOUD. It certainly has the power, but I'm guessing the small size means that single fan has to really blast. Probably okay for desktop PCs, but for my HTPC I'm going to sell this and get an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC GAMING.
