Reviews

from completed build 15-6500 Skylane

Lots of options for OC'ing. Fans are a little confusing to set up and it includes a 3.1 Type-C USB along with a M.2 bay. 4/5

This motherboard looks nice at first, but after making a quick switch to this at the last second and forgetting to read the reviews was a bad idea. Being a Z170 motherboard, I thought after reading several articles that I could pair RAM clocked higher then 2133 mhz with the Intel i3-6100. However that wasn't the case, as it wont let change the XMP profile. Also after trying to do that, it beeps twice and everything ive done to that POST code does not work. Cant wait to replace this motherboard with something from ASUS or MSI.

from completed build Sub $900 PC with no graphics card

This was bundled for free with my CPU. Not bad. There are a good amount of USB ports and such. The led strip is kind of cool, although it doesn't match the red and black that I was originally going for. But hey, free stuff!

Oh and lack of SLI...kind of narrows down my GPU choice...

from completed build Silent, But Deadly

Motherboard simply does not disappoint. The fan slot inputs where a bit hard to plug into with the case I'm using but other than that this is a great motherboard.
