This is my first gaming PC build, as you hopefully can't tell. I tried to use components that would be good enough for anything but not a dollar too much. For instance, my CPU. The i5-4690k. This is a newer version of the i5-4670k, in the new Devil's Canyon series. It's about 5 dollars more and about 5 times better (just kidding, but it's a fair amount better). And the good ol' CM 212 EVO. For 23 dollars, this thing is the best in it's price range with some insane overclocking headroom. Speaking of overclocking, the GPU is a great OC'er. It manages to keep very cool and allow some insane tuning. The power supply by EVGA is gold, modular, all for a 60 dollar bill (what...). The chassis is actually from the future (2098)
I want to say this first. This build is actually made on request for Gabe Newe-well, anyone that owns a massive company. Or some person that has money they don't want. Either way, if you don't care about charity, this is a good option. Note that this build is not made to cost as much as possible. But I didn't exactly cut corners. Someone people will wonder why I didn't use Titan Z's. Because they aren't as fast as these...simple enough. As for the mouse/keyboard/headphones, all those things, those are preferential. I personally like the type of keys on the G710 and the customization and cool looks of the G502. This PC is built with enthusiasts in mind, as well as someone that wants to destroy 4K games and record, and then process that recording in 2180P and render it in ten minutes (not really, but fast!). You can feel free to add more monitors, this could support 3 4K monitors if that's what you're into. I personally don't like having to move my head to see my surroundings, so I only use one. The sound cards are only there because of the whole "best of the best without just selecting the most expensive one" mentality of the build. So if you are psycho enough to build this, you can remove or change the sound card too.
