No, they can't.
Sale of software and keys from that site often violates the ToS or are resold licenses purchased via fraudulent credit card. Recommending, suggesting, advising, encouraging, hinting, or in any way implying these keys as a solution or option is not allowed on this site.
Your other reposts of this build have been removed.
If you have a suggestion for retailers please just list them.
It can be added as a custom part. We do not support components that only work inside custom loops at this point.
We cannot add this as it is only compatible with custom loops.

I use https://www.jdslabs.com/products/48/objective2-odac-combo-revb/ for headphones

Should be working now, thanks.

DPI means nothing by itself (for the most part). In game sensitivity + DPI determines your true sensitivity. The main issue with really high dpi mice is that they use acceleration to reach those numbers which defeats the purpose of having an accurate mouse.
As always, high dpi being "good" is just marketing.

For what its worth, the noctua outperforms the C7 from what I've seen.
Please keep feedback polite and constructive.
The feature was only added a few months ago.
Our specs are correct. The board has 4x SATA and 1x SATA Express comprised of 2x SATA.
We do not currently have plans to sticky any threads except for those created by staff.
That was not the reason they were removed. Beyond that, there is no update to them coming back to the site at this time.
This section of the site is for machines people have already built. For advice on a part list please post in our part list opinions wanted forum.

It would ask where you want to install windows and there wouldn't be any drives.
You simply need to create a new completed build using the old partlist and copy/paste your text over.
If you saved over the part list it is no longer retrievable.
The bottom isnt mesh so it will compress. I'd probably avoid that if possible or your butt will hurt.

Please do not use link shorteners on our site. If you'd like to shorten a link on PCPartPicker, place the text you'd like others to read in brackets and the URL in parentheses, like so:

which will result in:

I've ordered more than once from OCUK without issue.

How loud are the fans? We found our system pretty loud due to the oddly shaped holes Inwin used to pass the air through.
Is it marketed as a gaming chair? If so, move on.
I highly highly recommend mesh chairs instead of (at your price point) fake leather. If you spend any serious amount of time in the chair it will get hot, sweaty, and sticky. Additionally, most of them use cheap foam padding that will eventually just crumple and leave you with a very uncomfortable chair.
I'd also make sure the arm rests don't use foam padding. Get something rubber and it will last significantly longer.
If at all possible, always try to go sit in the chair before buying.
Slightly over your budget but I'd look at something like this http://www.staples.com/Staples-Hyken-Technical-Mesh-Task-Chair-Black/product_990119
These cannot currently be added due to a quirk with PSU compatibility: http://cougargaming.com/global/img/products/cases/qbx/product-section-06.png
Updating a build does not move it to the front of the most recent queue.
Everything can be copy/pasted from one completed build to another.
That was my suspicion. Thanks for clearing things up!
With no USB2.0 headers on that board how are you controlling all of the RGB?
