I think its pretty (these pics from iphone7 wont do any justice to its beauty)
well i just want a new pc that can game and look pretty. It has to be an art piece and I want to feel like a kid looking through the glass tunnel in the aquarium every time I look thru that tempered glass. in addition it has to be able to RGB because my room is set up with phillips HUE and I wanted to be creative with it.
(I live in Thailand so some of the brand of these parts might not sound familiar with you guys and the GPU is what I cant find on this site) (I believe GALAX is also called KFA2 , not quite sure though)
I started out looking for mid-range parts and ended up with these.
mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Z390 elite CPU: i5 9600k GPU: Galax RTX2070 OC White RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16gb (8*2) 3000 CPU cooler: Coolermaster ML240L (front mounted in pull configuration) fans: corsair ML120pro (rear exhaust) / nubwo rgb fans (top exhaust) PSU: Thermaltake smart pro rgb 850 [80+bronze] memory: WD black 250gb m.2 / apacer panther SSD case: Corsair carbide 275R black TG others: coolermaster GPU stand and black+white sleeved cables
I did not plan to go black and white on this thing but somehow I saw this white rtx2070 and the back plate looks just right. Obviously when you started to mix colors, you need a balancing piece and Corsair rgb pro ram is the major key.
The case is corsair 275R. I bought it in Feb 2019 and it did come with thumb screw as TG mounting. I choose this case purely on its super clean look and its size. At first I was going to go for the FractalDesign define S2 or R6. However, those cases are huge when I saw them in person and would be too big for my setup. Then I got my eyes on the NZXT h500 due to its clean look but I have extra fans and I was looking a case capable of sheltering 3 exhausts. So I ended up here with 275R. Looking clean and easy to work around. the size is just right really love the size of this thing. The build quality is great. I was worried about the air intake though but the case performed very well right now (idle~30c and load~57C; stock i5 9600k) with the (pull)front mounted coolermaster ML240L .
The main attraction I would say is the Corsair rgb pro ram. These things are pretty, super pretty.
