Description

This kid was upgrading his computer so I bought his old parts he was selling, which was an i7-8700, An Asus PRIME H310-PLUS, 16GB of Ram and a MSI 1070 ARMOR OC for $180, I then bought a Zalman MS800 for $30 and a Brand new power supply for $58 and here we are. (I took pictures of the 1070 but I'm using a 1060 in the build as of now)

You did OC the RAM to 2666Mhz right, if you didnt then your RAM is going to be holding you back A LOT

Not really a lot

Intel doesn't benefit from RAM speeds nearly as much as Ryzen does

H310 chipset with an 8700. the use of only a HDD without an SSD for your boot medium. those choices just seemed a bit odd to me.

If you're on a budget you don't care about SSD's

gonna have to disagree personally. SSDs are cheap and IMO, very worth it these days over a mechanical drive. they improve both loading times and responsiveness during use.

Say what? First off, that is a VERY broad blanket statement. You can find parts like these used for reasonably lower prices. Second, who the heck is "they" in this statement? Third.... your IP is public, basically anyone can see it if they wanted to badly enough. Your IP alone tells "them" very little about you besides your general geographic location and ISP. By itself without tons of technical expertise and hacking skills (not to mention time and a good reason), there is little to be gained from gleaning your IP address. I'm so confident that I will let everyone here know mine if they really want to know. Anyway, what were you getting at here?

I'm pretty sure it is fake because even a 10 year old wouldn't sell a I7 and a geforce 1070 for 180, i would've sold for 250 on jah no cap

Some people really just either don't know the value of what they have and don't research used pricing before selling (happens all the time) or they know and just want to get it gone as quick as possible. It definitely happens, and people like PCPP members have a good eye for catching deals like this.

Finally someone with a brain, I scout for deals so I find some pretty crazy deals.

my man, please grow a pube before just spammin other people's builds with "FAKE" and "INTEL IS BETTER" and using slang that was funny about 7 months ago does not, in fact, make you cool.
