Description

This is my first ever gaming pc and the first one that I have built before. This PC was harder to get then I expected as my dad wouldn't let me buy it at first but after 3months of nagging he said yes :D

I bought it for the reason of gaming (Obviously :D) for the thought of gaming at 1080p with around 30-60fps

I've called it SubZero only because when its idle it goes down 0'C and I'm not sure if it gets lower than that again #FreezerPC :P. Whilst gaming it goes up to 23'C sometimes 25'C but averages 20'C (Majority Of Games Listed)

Also next Christmas i'll be getting another R7 260x and crossfire it with the one i have and also i new monitor :)

Games I play- DayZ SA Arma 2 WoT Stranded Deep TF2 Minecraft Garrys mod Call Of Duty A/W

-Stranded Deep (Performance)- Ultra Settings- 60fps-1080p

-World Of Tanks (Performance)- Med-High Settings- 40-60fps-1080p

-Arma 2 (Performance)- Ultra-60fps+-1080p

-DayZ SA (Performance) Med-High Settings- 40fps in woods/20-25fps in town -1080p

-Call Of Duty A/W (Performance) Ultra- 60-85fps-1080p

-CS:GO- (Performance) Ultra- 160-202fps- 1080p

-Minecraft- (Performance) 12 chunk's/ Fancy- 250-300

Keyboard- Mad Catz V.7 (different to one in pic)

Mouse- MadCatz R.A.T 3

Monitor- Samsung Monitor (Different to one in picture)

Headset- Corsair Raptor HS40

When building this pc It was a bit of a pain but in the end it turned out okay. When it came to Cable Management I tried my best to make it as neat as possible but from what I can see it's at it's best right now (Comment if you can see room for improvement)

Overall this pc is great and I see it as being a great pc for beginner builders and casual gamers like me :P I enjoyed building it but the best part is when it turns on :P the part of which when most amateur builders cringe xD

BTW before building this PC I researched for around 2-3 months on how to build a PC and everything about them xD

Thanks For Reading, dj12134

Might be a challenge due to the wiring in the way, but I'd recommend turning the CPU cooler 90 degrees clockwise. Right now, it's blowing hot air down onto your GPU. If you turn it, it'll be blowing that hot air right into the exhaust fan and out of the case.

I think the ram would be in the way. I'll give it a try though thanks :)

It doesn't actually go down to O'C, the sensors stop measuring below 20'C and just say it's 0'C.

As others have said, turn your CPU cooler so that it's blowing hot air out the back of your case instead of onto the GPU.

If it does, try putting the fan on the otherside of the heatsink. Just make sure that the fan spins it the direction so that it pulls air out the back.

Did the CPU and motherboard work with no problems? I'm thinking of getting the same combo but i've been worried that it won't work because of the chance of outdated BIOS. would love to know your experience

Nice build btw :)

Excellent Build. I have been considering the Athlon X4 860K and the R7 260X. Have you tried to stream/record gameplay?
