Case

Sometimes I have to look at the fans because I think they have stopped its so quiet. Oh and it cools! Also if you want layout options this has a ton.

Hope you dont mind me asking but i have a few questions about this case since its very new and few people have it. Anyway have you noticed any difficulties or annoyances with the case? And overall what do you think of it? Thank you in advance, awesome build

The down side for me is that since it's fully modular it has a lot of screws and I'd say its more of an enthusiast case with all the moving parts. It's big and that will give you any layout option you want. The case construction is very solid! The noise level is close to nothing as it lives up to it's name and the airflow is great with the 3 fans it comes with. I would buy this case again! Thank you!!

It actually is very easy to work with according to many reddit users... Although the price is the annoyance as I find you would be much better buying a different case. This case might be the most 'modular' but it shouldnt have that insane price tag... Much better going with an Evolv ATX in my opinion.

The Evolv ATX was the case I was looking at before this but I wanted a silent case and I thought the Qi charger on the Dark Base 900 Pro was a nice touch haha. I overpaid a bit but I got exactly what I wanted :)

its a nice build but maybe buy a fractal design Venturi Hp 120 for the 212 evo because it is quiet and has a high airflow. You could`ve gone with a cheaper case and a 980 but nice anyways. (the 970 is a bad card because of those 3.5+0.5 ram)

I ended up going with the 960 4GB OC EDITION at the last moment. For what I play now I can do fine on this card. Thank you btw

I agree lol it gets the job done for the time being. Ran out of money for a Hydro cooler but I plan to replace it asap! Thank you!

This case is supposedly the best case period. Max PC just reviewed it in their November issue and were blown away by it. They actually said it was by far the best case they ever had their hands on. They gave it their 9 Verdict and a Kick *** rating. I am about to build and switched to this case on my parts list as a result of the write-up. My only question is if I should use the fan controller it comes with. It controls 9 PWM fans!. I was going to use the Corsair Mini Commander with the Link software. I also switched to the new MSI z170A MPower Gaming Titanium Motherboard because the same issue gave it a 9 and declared it the best Z170 chipset board on the market. I believe Max PC way more than anything else I study (since this is my first build and I don't know anything).

how did you connect fans to mobo. directly one by one or all of them to the case control and then the PWM plug to mobo. any issues with fan control? I have the same case and I am in process of building my rig and reviews show that sometimes depending on connections the fan control from bios of mobo is not available... Nice case choice by the way, i am impressed, except the screws, you have to use right size screw driver or the screws will get stripped.

Correction: The fan hub controls 4 PWM fans (not 9 as the review said) and 4 3-pin fans. I think I will use this to control the fans from the MoBo vs the Corsair link software and the Mini Commander.
