Description

My first complete custom build from 2016.

An upgrade for a GTX 1080 is planned at summer.

After some overclocking tests the i7 6700k is running at the moment at 4,6Ghz with 1,240Vcore. The temperatures after 60 minutes Prime are at 63°C

The temperatures on the GPU after 60 minutes Furmark and Prime at the same time are 42°C.

Nice job! You really went all out (custom sleeved cables and everything)...

Thank you. It was hard to create the cables ;-)

That was fun! :)

GG. Good luck when you have to clean out the system because I have heard that it is harder to clean out opaque coolant than it is with a transparent coolant.

Very nice.

Similarly to Shrek's Swamp MURKY, the water loops look amazing. The white is definetely something I would want if I ever got into water looping. It seems very complicated, and my case couldn't support it anyways. Guess I'll stick with the Hyper 212.

Great build, but one question how did the de-lidding go was it hard or easy and do you think it was worth it?

Zochl submitter 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

Thank you. Yes, I would do it again :-) The temperatures are very nice but it is risky. Perry has destroyed one 6700k in his Murky.
