Description

So here's my build updated with a RMAed motherboard, a AMD Radeon RX480 8gb, with a new case, 16gb of RAM and a Crucial SSD. I mainly use this computer to play games, and edit videos, the processor is at stock speed and the 500gb WD green drive is a backup drive that sit's in the hotswap bay turned off with a button that's on the hotswap bay that turns the power off to the drive.

The top video card is the reference AMD Radeon RX 480 and the bottom card is a Sappire AMD Radeon R7 440 which is used for Folding@Home

The team I'm currently on for Folding@Home is Barnacules Nerdgasm's team (Team #231300) and I currently have my main desktop The Tank and my little Windows Tablet that has a quad core Intel Atom Z3735F processor doing doing Folding@Home My current Folding@Home stats: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userpage&username=SuperShermanTanker

I love silverstone cases! The design is so sober

yah it's the best case I had so far only wish it had room for more hard drives but other then that it breaths very well and looks pretty good while it being very sturdy

Definitely could've gone with the 6600k. Newer generation for around the same price, and also better perforamce. Biggest thing is consistency. Different brands of ram may cause issues but I'm not 100% on that. I personally would avoid it so your motherboard gets used to that same structure. But otherwise nice parts and good build!

The motherboard and the CPU I had for a while already they aren't new the stuff listed in the description are the new stuff I added to it in 2016 other then that it's pretty much stuff migrated over from the machine I had in 2015
