Description

My PC was built for CAD (Computer Aided Design) and gaming. For CAD I use Solidworks and Autodesk, both run really smoothly.

Feel free to comment and ask questions.

Where did you get the video card for that price?

The build date is 12/25/14. The GTX 780 Ti was $720 when I bought mine last year.

How do you like the 780 Ti? I was looking at the Asus 980, but thought i could just sli 2 of these for the same price.

I don't recommend sling the 780 ti as of now. The 3GB of vram will hinder you. Get a gtx 980 sli if you want to have no bottlenecking from vram.

Okay thank you. What exactly does vram do?

vram is very similar to RAM (memory) in your motherboard. Only difference is that vram stores information for the GPU like frames and textures.

When SLIing, vram does not stack up, or rather 3GB + 3GB does NOT = 6GB. This is because each card still produces a whole frame, meaning it needs the same textures and info on both cards.

Looks good! In my opinion, it would look better with a couple more corsair LED white fans too.
