Description

This is computer is primarily used for blender, Photoshop, blender, Solidworks, and after effects. I also dable in gaming. Some regrets of mine are not having a 4GB R9 380 or a 4GB GTX 960. I also wish to do an eventual upgrade to either a i5-6500, i5-6600, or a i5-6600k. I do plan on selling either the card, or the whole thing and start anew. I plan on a R9 390 perhaps if possible and a new monitor, and plus a S340, Spec-02, define s,corsair graphite series 230T case, or a Roswell stryker M Case instead.

CPU: Does most of the job. One problem though, after rendering the physics for a fire animation in blender then getting into the frame-by-frame render for 1hr and 30min it went to 62°c, in an 80°f ambient environment, which isn't to good especially with a aftermarket cooler. However it is still great even today for the price. It idles around 29°c with a liquid cooler.

CPU Cooler: It does what it intends to do, but with a slight grain of salt as its perhaps underpar or on par with a H50 by corsair. All in all, its okay, but a hyper 212 Evo is more cost-effective.

MOBO: Its not a Nismo edition GTR or an amazing MOBO. Its okay.

G.Skills RAM: Great

Vengeance RAM: Cool heatsink and its great.

HDD: Great windows boot times with the SSD cache ability. I highly recommend a hybrid drive for its SSD and mass storage ability if a large SSD is to expensive.-I realize I can do better for cheaper

GPU: Overpriced for a 2GB GTX 960, but has great temps and uses less power than most cards at this tier. However it is still amazing I play Batman: Arkham City, my favorite game, at 8XMSAA with tessalation and still achieve average of +55fps at any given time. Dyling light is "okay" on ultra, not at what I want.

PSU: I want an EVGA 600 B instead.

Peripherals: Quite nice with the LED, side mouse buttons, and DPI button on the mouse. Works great for me.

Case: Look it up. Its decent, but an NZXT S340 would've been much better.

-tried my best on photos on a One Plus One

-I got this about 6 months ago

-thanks for sweeping by!

-The price for the case was what it was as of this post it also includes Neweegs shipping price

-its too loud

-Third PC I have ever built with a Blue LED

Memory

My favorite ram heat sink, like ever. Great at what it does.

Storage

Great windows boot times with the SSD cache ability. I highly recommend a hybrid drive for its SSD and mass storage ability if a large SSD is to expensive.

Video Card

Overpriced for a 2GB GTX 960, but has great temps and uses less power than most cards at this tier. However it is still amazing I play Batman: Arkham City, my favorite game, at 8XMSAA with tessalation and still achieve average of +55fps at any given time. Power Supply

Not too great, at all for that price on newegg. But it works nicely.

Keyboard

Quite nice with the LED, side mouse buttons, and DPI button on the mouse. Works great for me.

I would get a better PSU ASAP... Like an XFX 550W or EVGA Super Nova 600W.

When the funds come in I will get on it.

You're sacrificing your CPU power or even worse your whole computer... That PSU... I don't trust it.

Nice Rig This cooler is amazing. I have the 120 V.2 version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDXP1SksmBg You could get the same RAM in the same color.

I had the vengeance ram ahead of time and, well unfortunately didn't do any color matching.

Thanks. And about the cooler, idk 62°c feels a little to hot even during rendering, but I don't care as long as it doesn't exceed 70°c.

I plan on selling the rig soon, and build something different, or upgrade the GPU and power supply.
