Description

This build went perfect until the end... (queue dramatic music) Just kidding it went amazing.

I would recommend all the parts, except the mobo's io shield was a pain to line up with the mobo.

The ram was $120 because it was 4x8 gbs.

Part Reviews

CPU

Overclockable and a beast.

CPU Cooler

Fits the white theme, has white leds, and provides great temps. Easy to install.

Motherboard

Great mobo but cheap io shield. Fits white theme

Storage

Ssd for fast boot and some games.

Storage

Already 1/3 full so glad I got 4tb

Video Card

One of the cheapest 1070's and is white. What a coincidence, its like Asus knew I was doing this build.

Case

Great case and fits theme. Not very much room for cables in back, although I did stuff 3 extensions back there too, so I'm not going to knock a star off for that. But, I will knock off a star because it doesn't have 5.25 bays. I knew it wouldn't btw h440 fanboys.

Power Supply

Was on sale when I bought it, is semi modular, and has plenty of room for upgrades. Also gold certified.

Case Fan

Really just got this for aesthetics. . Wasn't rpm which I prefer but oh well. I mean hey, a fan is a fan

I think you forgot to add the price of the RAM. The RAM looks cool since it ricochets the LED from the fan!

I didn't, it just isn't titled for some reason and I can't fix it. It is kind of hidden in the custom parts area and it says $120. Thanks for telling me about the RAM and how it ricochets the light, I never noticed that!

Oh I guess I skipped over it. Great build mate!

Nope, it's not in there.
I'd suggest making a new part list, including the RAM (correct ones?!) and exchange the old list with the new one.

Bought the same 1070 and CPU cooler, going to be with the Msi b150m Artic with white ram sticks and white cables inside a nzxt s340 elite case (I hope my build isnt too white), I can't wait. Have you tried running games on it yet? Also how many extra white cables did you buy? Im assuming 3 (GPU CPU MotherBoard), sorry i'm new.

I think your build will look great. I have tried playing games on it! Mainly Overwatch on ultra settings 1440p. I usually get 100+ fps, and if you have a 144hz 1440p monitor, just turn down a couple of settings (high). Also, I'm not sure, but I think you would enable v-sync. I bought 3 white extensions from Silverstone off of Amazon (GPU CPU MotherBoard). Make sure when buying the extensions they match up with the pins on your gpu (mine was a 8 pin). Anyways thanks for commenting and have fun with your build!

Also where did you get the white cables? Never built a comp before so itll be my first time. Still kinda in the dark on some things.
