Description

Waiting for my OS to get in right now! I was getting tired of my laptops inability to effectively use higher settings in games. Looking to play ESO, Titanfall and any game of interest that is thrown my way :) Cable management was iffy haha. Looking to hopefully get an ssd :)

EDIT: Fixed up the cable management!! Idk what to do with the unused cables lol x.x

Cable management is hurting but maybe that case just sucks for routing options im not sure. congrats on your first build though, thats what counts. +1

my pleasure thanks for posting your work. I could recommend you watch a youtube video of one of Linus's builds, might give you some good ideas on cable management. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roFb3TNePIg

Thank you! And yes I know, I don't really know how to handle the cable management yet x__X

If this is for gaming I suggest getting Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 and an Intel i5, I know they cost more but you really can't cheap out when building a gaming rig but everything else looks good

Great minds think alike :) And yeah, I was conflicted between the two, but I've just read some iffy things. And also because my school offers a free upgrade ^

Pretty balanced build. Cable management is okay. It's not fatal.. especially for the case. Good job.

You could spent about $20 more on case for it to look cooler and better cable managment

But my real question is because its basically the same build, how does it run? Like you said titanfall and eso, can it run those at least 30 fps?

Oh sorry I just saw this, but titanfalls runs more than 30fps yeah, i havent played eso ;-;

I know lol it's still a compliment

  • 68 months ago
  • 1 point

lol it wasn't exactly a compliment, is what i am saying.. hes saying that the cable management in that case is bad but not THAT bad "as in the way you currently got it cabled".

Wasn't a positive feedback :P

Yes, I understand what he meant lol. It's more positive than negative by saying it isn't THAT bad :P
