I used to have that keyboard/mouse combo as well, until it died on me. Lmao. Get a new pair of keyboard and mouse if you can.

Build looks great :) That case is very nice, and your build looks great when lit up with the Led's. The only thing I could mention is a little bit of cable management, get those fan cables out of the middle of the case! Good job! +1

All of them are great budget choices , but why spend 100$ on a CPU cooler and get a cheap GPU. Doesn't make any sense.

messed with the cpu a little so it stayed at the full boost. and was idling around 115 at idle.

Uh, do you mind explaining a bit the reasons behind some parts? Besides having an APU with a dedicated graphics card (I can imagine you either bought the APU before chips like the 860k were released, or you started from the APU extending it afterwards), also having a cpu cooler worth more than your cpu is quite weird. Did you get it to keep it on future upgrades? Besides that, everything looks good, just throw in an SSD when you can and you'll be set.

Well the board is an fm2 board, not an fm2+ board so it isn't even compatible with the 860k.

Given this I would guess, because of the low availability of fm2 boards, that the 750ti was possibly added some time after the build was initially completed.

The 5800k should still be a pretty decent CPU, just hope he's overclocking with that monster cooler!

Right, forgot about that :P the previous 750k/760k would've been compatible though, I think. In any case I am too keen on thinking it was just an upgrade at some point.
