Description

This is my 1st time of building a gaming pc which got done way back in April this year, also i would like to say a big thanks to all of the pc part picker community for making this happen otherwise i wouldn't of had a clue of even knowing where to start considering i was console gamer before for many yrs,

Anyway since the build everything has went really smooth with no problems, i have done no over-clocking to the cpu but a little to the gpu, although i would like to state that my power supply is the 600w GS as in the photo & not the 800w,

I am now thinking of upgrading the 7850 gpu inc the psu & put the pair it in my sons pc, the gpu plays most games on high/maxed settings or near enough at 1080p, but when it comes down to the more demanding games like far cry3/max payne etc,etc the fps goes way down which in this case i was either going to go for the gtx 770 or the 7970ghz edition although i'm not so sure if the upgrade would be 100% worth it at this time or just hold fire, so any suggestions would be most welcome,

Cheers all.

You got some great advice from PCpartpickers. People read the story he has a different PSU than listed.

id say u were better off with a mild oc rather than jumping to upgrade right away, ust to something like 4.0 and see if it helps, the cooler will handle 4.0 i would have thought. gpus are expensive buggers
