Description

I recently built a very nice Gaming Computer. This PC is a monster, it can run games like BattleField3 on ULTRA graphically everything, while getting twice the FPS you would on a standard gaming console. COOL STUFF: it has three (blue glow) tower fans, and a aftermarket CPU cooler. and the motherboard lets you control the speed of the fans. ALSO: It's in my ManCave in the basement, which is a low temperature controlled environment that is perfect for a PC like this. Also, this PC will be able to play New/Next generation games on it too.

Yup, I was thinking of getting a Raidmax for a bit then replacing it with a Corsair CX500

To get dual channel speeds you should move the right RAM over one slot.

You have a deadly bomb in your house. Discard the raidmax.

How much did the Vid. Card cost when you built the computer?

You would've been fine with a 550w supply and from a different company because Raidmax isn't good when it comes to power supplies. Also, I personally don't like ASRock and would've gotten a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 as the company uses more high quality parts and you would've gotten all the same features except it doesn't support AM3 but in a counter-argument, I don't think you'll need to be downgrading your CPU, and in defense it comes with an extra e-sata 6GB/s port :P Also, I recommend you definitely upgrade that CPU fan! No matter how cool your area is, AMD STOCK FAN IS NOT GOOD D: Look into the NZXT Respire T40 or Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. Lastly, this will be able to run next gen games on at least medium settings and maybe even a mix of medium/high and get 30fps or higher. That's just my two cents, enjoy the computer!
