Description

My new build that i am working on now. Moving things over from old HAF 932 Case to this one and adding custom water cooling now. Its a black case with Red LEDs and EK Coolant. Need a name for it. Can't do Redmist since its taken already from JaysTwoCents with one of his customers.

CPU is overclocked to 4.2ghz right now running on a Corsair H100i GTX.

Pictures to come later once its done. Any questions just comment below and ill answer them as best i can.

Thanks, Mark

EDIT (07-05-2017): So its finished and is currently in use. Playing BF1 and soon to test some rendering in 3d hopefully. Its not overclocked as of right now but it will be in the future so everything is running at stock speeds. Named it "The Red Beast" but need to find a good name for it. Any suggestions? Comment below if you do.

Liking the EVGA Powerlinks. It might be a minor aesthetic thing but it really does make all the difference in making the PCI-E power area of the 1080s look clean.

yea i do to. i got one free when they were giving em out for some reason or another i forgot but the other one i bought and it was a very good investment. I highly recommend people to get em if your looking for a clean aesthetically pleasing look. I tried using them in my haf932 amd edition case but wasnt enough room for the power connectors.

The watercooling has dropped my temps alot. The 1080s would go to about 60-70 and sometimes 75 depending on the load when playing BF1 and thats with a high fan curve. Now they get around 35-45 max depending on load when playing BF1. I use to have my monitors plugged into the top 1080 but i moved them to the bottom cause using the top caused it to rise in temps more than the bottom so now they are failry close to each other and i dedicate the top to physX. Cant remember what the CPU did on BF1 so will have to screenshot that one but i wanna say the package was between 40-50 max. Dont think it got above 50 and most the time it stayed around 49 and below.
