Description

My brother's friend wanted a PC build, gave me the a strict budget of $700 (not including the Win10 key at the time) and this is what I came up with.

I did go to Microcenter, which is always fun! I love building computers. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

I wish that I could of found a PSU with all black cables.

If you have any questions of course you can reply, Thank You :)

I wish I had more to say about this build but I do not, sorry.

*My buddy cat is named Sirius, he seems to find his way into some of my completed builds

Nice clean wiring! (Your cat is just calling dibs on the box; he's a cat, after all. ;) ) If you want all flat black cables, generally you have to go fully modular with the power supply and that would have blown your budget. I presume those two Corsair airflow fans in the front didn't come with the case; unless you threw them in for free, shouldn't they be in the parts list? It's nice to see a case with a power supply shroud that isn't NZXT (get tired of seeing them, frankly) but pulling the 3.5" bays means there's a lot of unused room, visually and actually, and I'm not sure I'm with that. Maybe in the future you might consider adding an AIO with a 240mm radiator mounted up front to fill that space? All in all, a simple clean build, and sometimes that's best. :)

Thank you :) Yeah he does that a lot, he forced his way into my RX 480 box for my build lol ripped it some but I forgive him always. The Corsair fans are 140mm stock fans that came out my Corsair Air 540 so I didn't put then in the list. Yup, it would have taken me over too much but I always try to find those deals on all black. I'm with you, I dig the PSU shrouds as well. I recently did a build for my brother in the Phanteks Eclipse with a full one. Very nice, although no opening for gpu cables. He did say he wanted to go AIO someday.

Thanks for the reply and feedback :)

Pretty quick actually. I had no issues at all with it for the few days I was playing on it. :)

Keys whose sales violate Microsoft ToS and maybe unexpectedly disabled.

Thank you very much :)

Yes, a gaming PC on 1080p.

I agree, it is the coolest stock CPU cooler out there and it is pretty dang quiet. They did a great job on the design. :)
