Description

Upgrade from my previous build

This is a continuation of my main RIG that I built in September of 2016, you can see my previous version by Clicking Here. I've added stuff over time, little by little making it into my dream PC. It seems like a lot of money but it will always be a BUDGET build because it took me months to originally save to build it in September 2016, just to have more than a year pass for I can add the extra items little by little is in my opinion a BUDGET BUILD!

UPGRADES ARE AS FOLLOWS DOWN BELOW:

Could do better with cable management. Don't worry, I am still working on my cable management. In time, you will not see one cable on my setup - that is my goal.

Tbh my cables are all short :'( so that's the only reason why you see some wires going off to the side, don't worry soon it will be perfected lol but for now I'm happy as can be with it!

I agree the cable management could be improved just by better routing. But great job taking the time to add all your peripherals to the list. Build looks nice

Lol, I use the same MM300 desk mat (too big to be called a mouse pad) and same headset.

I love it! I wouldn't trade it for NADA!!

Put that USB charger inside the drawer, that will hide more cables! :-)
I'd suggest mounting it to the right side of the drawer with velcro tape for easy access.

I have a USB 3.0 hub that I haven't used, I'm going to place it in the desk soon. Might take your idea into consideration :-D

Chill not rich lol

First, I saved around $800 and built my 1st PC (https://pcpartpicker.com/b/6Lm8TW) the desk and stuff came afterwards, then sold the PC for $600.

Secondly, I saved $400 more and bought my new PC parts, waited a couple more months and bought more stuff I needed (https://pcpartpicker.com/b/2W2RsY)

Third, is this setup! Every time I got payed, I'll salvage some change for a PC part lol

Look at it this way, my 1st PC part for this build was the CPU in early 2016 if I'm not mistaken and it's mid 2017 now so yeah.

My favorite part are the side-by-side bottom monitors angled upwards. They make the room look like a control center. I really love that layout. God bless you and congrats on the build!
