Description

Photo editing/gaming pc , delided 8700K 5.1GHz ready . It was nice to put this baby together , so much fun with zero problems from A to Z . After i bought all the parts i end up returning some cause EK just came out with new CPU and GPU rgb block that i just had to get it lol . Im running 2 1080 tis which is overkill but planning to do another build soon that i have the most of the parts for it and going to take one of the cards out of the loop for that . Im gonna have to do some changes in the loop but thats not so bad . Temeratures are really great , low 20s on idle and 60-65 under load .EK did a great job on these blocks . Also using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Grease and it lowers the temps around 5C . I mostly play BF4 and temps are not going over 57C . Using Primochill Vue and it looks amazing , no problems with clogged water blocks at all . I flushed my other build where i used Vue also and it came out 100% so i vas pretty sure that is ok to use it . Love the Fractal r6 case , really beautiful case with plenty of room for everything but not too big . Great air flow , nice cable management . Love the top removable mash panel it really helps get ridof that hot air . Also you can open the front panel for air to come in easy , and you can have it open left or right .

I tried to take some good pics but for some reason just could not get it , i hope you`ll like it . Let me know if u have any questions .

I love this! Similar to the build I have planned. But this one blows mine out of the water! Love the ROG decals by the way.

Wow..... Love this!! Extremely clean professional build!! +1

And yes I'm glad you said it... Dual ti's are overkill. I have one and it plays most on highest settings 4k. Couldn't Imagine having 2

How's your experience with vue?

  • 1 point

Pretty awesome . I have two rigs , both with Vue and no problems so far . I flushed my other build after 3 months just to see how is everything and there was nothing in it . Flushed out 100% after one circle of distilled water .

Thats a really nice build! Do the GPU Terminal work that way? I thought you have to go in and out on different sides?

Hello, I know that this was two months ago, but why did you for the code and not for the formula. The formula is about ~$70 more but contains 1. "ROG armor" on the back 2. OLED?? screen 3. WATERCOOLING SUPPORT FOR VRM'S or whatever they are called

+1

I don't expect you to understand but we all have a different opinions and we all like different things . I`m not gonna water cool the mobo for I don't know how long or if ever so no need for Formula .

Great build!, literally almost the same as mine, congrats on 5.1 ghz! I love the red theme and your cable management is on point! How long did it take to run those? You sleeved your own right?

Was it the same EK res that was heating up from the front rad? And EK fittings that you swapped out for Bitspower fittings?

  • 1 point

Yes I sleeved my own cables . It took me one week to do it but I worked maybe a 30 min a day because I had no time , do to work . The EK fittings were on my other build not on that one . One tube almost came apart but thank god I checked on time and reroute it . Anyway The different between mine and yours is that you have the fans in front of the rad and mine are after . So that maybe better . Anyway if you ever have problem like that send me a pm please , just curious how is gonna work for you . I hope all will be well bro . Btw do you sleeve your cables too?

  • 1 point

Naw, sadly I'm not up to that point yet, but the idea of sleeving my own is a hella idea. I had mine custom made by Cablemod, but if you notice on the 24 pin, its actually a 26 pin, and they did something funky with it, leaving a sleeve out the front. Weird looking.

I'm delidding today, and since I have to drain it, I'm installing a water temp sensor plug, so I will definitely keep you posted on the temps.
