How do you measure CPU temp when it is under load? You can measure while idle from the bios right? Do you use some third party software to measure under load?

You spent your money nicely but would of gotten a i5-3670k but thats a matter of preference.

You do know that in future games the 8350 will kill the 3570k right?

By the time the majority of games do prefer the 8350 both will be obsolete.

But it will only be a few months from now.

oh really? what other new games are suggesting more than 4 cores? We knew months ahead of time what Crysis 3 recommended system specs were but I haven't seen any other games soon to be released that are recommending an i7 or similar.

I meant games on the next generation consoles. They will be optimized for more cores because the next gen consoles will have an eight core CPU and as we all know, consoles guide the gaming industry. But games that are solely on PC will probably still be optimized for single threaded performance. So the multi-platform games will be optimized for more cores.
