This is pretty much the first time I built my own PC and it was a pretty great experience. Luckily I had a good amount of money so I really only did about a weeks worth of research and just decided to buy the parts that were suggested to me.
One thing I do regret is the case. I do wish I would've got something a bit more expensive and nicer looking. Its not an ugly case but it does look a bit cheap.
This thing performs beautifully. I'm able to play Overwatch and Doom on max settings while maintaining a good 60 FPS and can lower my settings to get to 144 FPS.
The reason why I got two different RAM brands is because I bought them at different times. I was impatient so the second G.Skill was going to take another month to ship while the FURY could arrive the same day. I'll probably eventually get another FURY stick to make them match but so far I haven't had performance issues.
Got this for $200 which I feel was a really good price. So far as far as performance is concerned, I've had no issues. No hangups or slowdowns.
A really good budget board. I've had no issues at all so far.
I haven't had any issues with RAM so I assume its working good.
I haven't had any issues with RAM so I assume its working good. I do plan on picking up another one since I have mix matched brands and this one actually looks better.
Standard drive. Performs well.
Performs as well as I was told. I get a good 60 FPS from plenty of games with high settings at 1080p. Only thing is that this card is really basic in the aesthetic department. If you want a card that looks nice then don't get this one.
Case looks really good. I like the way the RGB lights shine through the window. Decent space for cable management but i'll admit that I suck with that. I do hate the flap in the front covering the disk drive space but that's my fault since I knew it was like that.
I'm not sure how to really rate a power supply but it hasn't failed me so far so I assume its good!
I love this monitor. Its not IPS but I still think it looks good. Many people have said that you can adjust the colors to make it look even better. 24" is bigger than I thought it would be but its a perfect size for me. I love the red trim on the bottom since thats my favorite color but I can understand it not being for everyone. I was also surprised at the fact that it has 2 USB slots in it. Plan on picking another one up when its back in stock.
My first gaming mouse so I can't compare it to another mouse but i've really been enjoying this mouse. I love having the extra two buttons for shooting games. Makes reloading and using melee a lot easier.
1 Strip arrived DOA but the company just sent me an entire new pack to make up for it. Loses a star because it doesn't remember the last setting when you turn off the PC.
Too long for my desk but that's my fault for not measuring. I do dislike how big the logo is but quality wise its a great mouse pad.
This is my first Mech keyboard so I don't have much to compare it to but it does feel great, especially compared to the membrane keyboard I use at work. It is loud as hell but thats my fault for not really researching exactly how loud the red switches were. I really do like the back light; its not RGB it still looks great. Size wise it takes up a small amount of space and I love the braided wire.
These fans are surprisingly pretty quiet and they also look great!
Great SSD so far. Everything loads extremely fast. I do wish I would've went with at LEAST a 240 GB though. 120GB is far too small.
