Description

This build is primarily for gaming, work, and some coding. It's replacing the system that I built in college and it is the 3rd build I have done for personal use. I spent more on some components than I initially planned, but in the end I feel that it was worth it. I plan to get some new monitors for it at some point, right now I'm using an old 20" Acer LCD. It looks good, but it doesn't have any modern inputs and it runs at a 1680x1050 resolution. Looking at getting a good IPS screen to replace it.

All this build needs is custom cable sleeves that are yellow and black. Other then that nice clean build.

Great build, good cable management, good parts. What would have been epic ? Black & Yellow sleeved cables, the lightning version of the GTX 770 (also it's quite overpriced) and then paint the AX at the bottom in yellow as well, this would have made anybody drool ;). Congrats !

Haha, fair. Considering I usually try to keep it around $600 it is a dream machine to me ;)

8GB of ram and a cheaper SSD and this build would have a more obtainable price. If need be a GTX 760 would be a nice compromise for budget building, and you could always op for a cheap z87 motherboard. A similar build with a more obtainable price!

This guy achieved them same all-around build for $300 less WITH the monitor mouse and keyboard included: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/DWU
