Description

My new build for game development/gaming. Needed something new for work in maya, unity, and gaming. Took me around 5 hours to build, learning to put in the new cpu cooling fan was a bit of a pain with the horizontal mounting it made for putting the screws in difficult, use a short screwdriver for that. Did significant cable management after I confirmed the system was stable and they are now mostly hidden.

Should do awesomely for intended use. Odd CPU cooler choice, but other than that it looks good. +1

EDIT: Please fix those cables...

you are right, many times people get so hung up on AIO WC or high end Air coolers that getting a normal run of the mill air cooler is sacrilege...

I think he was just implying that you dont see it often. Zalman has a good rep.

Never done a water cooling setup build before so I was more than a little uncomfortable trying it, why I didn't look into one lol. Also not much into the overclocking scene so the temperature readings I've been getting haven't warranted the need to look into it.

I fixed em, that was a shot during the build, everything is tucked behind the motherboard now, very clean.

For the CPU Cooler, I would have went with a Coolermaster Evo 212. But that ball looks great though. :D

You could have gotten RAM with more speed like these G.Skill Ares

With a $180 case, I think you have plenty of room to improve cable management.

Still a great build. +1

The PSU is a little overkill. I would have saved a little there.
