Description

Ongoing build like most out there lol. great 1080p 144hz gaming system, I'm going to be upgrading to a rx 5700 xt and 3800x by the end of this year. The current 2600x and Vega 56 are doing just fine for the time being, handling most of what I throw at it. Thanks for looking!

Ongoing builds are the best builds! It shows the owner not only did their homework, but as also not given up on improving their build! No build is ever done.

Do you think a ryzen 5 2600 would run well with the vega 56? Thinking about getting these for my first build.

yeah! that'd be totally fine, I was actually planning on doing that and found a great deal on the 2600x so I chose that. If you look online at reviews they actually aren't really that different, 2600x is just a better binned 2600.

Also using this CPU & GPU, I can agree they're more than adequate for 1080p144. But I'm puzzled about this name you chose, since the computer is so colorful & Oreos are not very.

It Used to be more Oreo like. The build has changed quite a bit so I do need to rename it lol But yeah love the setup! cpu gpu combo works well And the vega 56 is a great option especially when looking at price to performance in the used market. They're going for like 200$ even.

I read that a 280 rad is a bit hard to mount into this case and that you have to cut a piece of plastic off. Did you also have such issues? I'm asking because I'm thinking of getting a similar build.

sorry this is kinda late, the fans have to be in front of the radiator if you want it to fit without modification.
