A coworker of mine wanted a desktop, so I convinced him to let me build him one instead of him running off to best buy to buy one what we came up with was this pc. We've overclocked his FX-6300 to 4.3 GHz and installed additional fans in the front. Everything runs smooth and the man is stoked to have a custom built PC.

For an office pc, I don't think you need a six core overclocked to 4.3 ghz. Everything else looks really good though. How is the case?

this is so overkill. overclocked cpu? thats for gaming. cpu cooler that isnt stock? thats for gaming. 16gb ram? thats for gaming. 500gb storage? thats for....not office. get a 1TB hdd.

What exactly will he be using this machine for? Looks more like an introductory gaming desktop than an office PC. I would suggest taking the overclock off unless he absolutely needs the power, as it will shorten the lifespan of the components. Build looks good though, just needs a little cable management.
