Description

Mostly for gaming and just general use, bit of photo editing.

White cables are extenders, mostly to save money. Maybe too many fans?? The purple doesn't quite show in photos though and looks more blue. Cable management best i could :p

Not sure if it's worth upgrading motherboard in future, worst part of the build i think.

Other things not in part list: Uphere white extension cables, Purple front mesh replacement.

Edit: Got Tomahawk Max to replace the gigabyte board which was a bit too plain/simple.

Great build! +1

I think your motherboard is just fine in terms of VRMs as I've seen more than a couple of reviewers recommend it and according to this chart I found on reddit it should be fine even for an overclocked 3800X.

One question though, how are your temperatures and noise levels on your Red Dragon 5700 XT ?

I did end up changing the motherboard to Tomahawk Max in the end.

As for the 5700xt, the fans don't run unless gaming most of the time so it sits at about 50c and while gaming i've not seen it over 73c yet. Noise levels aren't too bad, sound from games usually drowns it out.
