Description

This machine was great, the case was Ok, the fans that came in were loud but noise wasn't a factor in it's design so this was fine. This worked well as a middle of the road gaming rig as well as school computer.

Not pictured in the pictures of the damage is the giant dent in the corner of the case where it had obviously been dropped. Despite this information and paying for insurance on shipping FedEx denied my claim twice. I will attempt to salvage what I can to make a new system with for a home theater PC for now. This build was a total loss

I plan on it, as well as finding out what their definition of "Sufficient Packaging" is. I drowned this mother in bubble wrap and peanuts

How can FedEx deny your claim when you have proof and paid for the insurance? :O Hope you make them pay.

Not a LED person myself but really nice colors!

Damn. If they destroyed a $1000 machine that you paid insurance for and refuse to accept your claim, you should sue the living crap out of them. They shouldn't offer insurance if they don't plan on honoring it. That was a gorgeous build before those buffoons got their hands on it. That's just plain disgusting and unjust in every way. I can guarantee you that if you were a company and not an individual, they would not even question your claim. Make sure you let us know if you get those ******** to take responsibility for their negligence.

Thanks, I plan on trying a few more things with them but at this point, I've been sitting on this amount of money invested for too long so I'm looking at rebuilding to try and get whatever I can out of it.

Motherboard PCI-e slot the graphics card was sitting in was torqued pretty hard and the lock was broken off, Customer said he was getting like 1 fps supposedly. so I have to assume the motherboard is broken and get a new one of those, I have plan in the works to revive this machine and sell it locally most likely.

If I can find the picture I'll upload it. I started trying to salvage the good parts and the case it tucked away in a box somewhere.
