Description

My First Build; Was owning a 1st gen i5 cpu sony laptop for 8-9 years. Will be using this pc for gaming mainly and a little bit of graphic designing.

Part Reviews

CPU

Went with 7700k instead of 8700k because there was no stock and price was too high. Performs well for gaming.

CPU Cooler

Chose h115i at end moment instead of CM MasterLiquid 240 because of better cooling (and price was also less at that time) but its kinda loud.

Motherboard

Best for inbuilt Wifi. Good stability while OCing and also because Asus motherboards are dominating the market.

Storage

SSD for daily games and its fast

Storage

For other data and low processing required games and better than normal hdds

Video Card

Was planning to buy msi gaming x or evga sc2 hybrid but msi red color was a let down and evga one has fan noise issues. This one got good looks and stay quiet and cool.

Case

270R because its easy to set up in this case. Its cheap and good for moving around than a tempered glass case.

Power Supply

Wanted to get 1000w one for future gpu sli upgrade but settled for less because i wasnt sure if i will be upgrading it 'soon', so settled for the less and efficient one. Plus Evga psus' are really good in quality.

Case Fan

Got each for 20 CAD from bestbuy store (because there weren't any others except this one) and they work pretty well.

Monitor

Bought it for now but will be upgrading it as soon as i get my wallet filled back xD

Keyboard

Went with the bundle because it was on sale and it works great for its price but i must say that keyboard backlight isnt that bright. Speakers: Cheap but works effective.
