Great build Eya, Chose some great parts for your first build. Couldve saved some money by choosing the tomahawk max over the x570, but nothing too drastic.

the tomahawk max doesn't support pcie x16 which is needed for the 5700xt

Do you mean pcie 4.0?

Also you dont need pcie gen 4 for the 5700xt series, the box may say it is compatible but that doesnt mean it fully utilizes it.

5700xt works perfectly fine on Tomahawk max. Once you flash bios to latest version it'll work perfectly with 3xxx series Ryzen CPUs. Only x570 benefit is pcie 4.0, which isn't supported on current gen GPUs.

You actually dont have to flash the bios for the tomahawk max, thats only for the tomahawk. The tomahawk max comes ryzen 3000 rdy.

Hey can I ask how your GPU temps are under load? I hear the 5700 XT can run super hot and the NZXT H510 is a bit of a hotbox already. I have the same case and am looking to upgrade my 1060
