Description

Okay so, I've wanted to build a decent machine for a while and after months of finding other uses for my money, I saw an ad for a really good combo deal (mobo, cpu and ram) locally (Trinidad and Tobago) so I jumped on it. The initial plan was to buy all the stuff here and just throw them together because of my eagerness to get it done. But ultimately I decided to be patient and order the other stuff online. So after a couple months of research and acquiring the parts it is up and running. It's not completed, but this is generally how i would like it to look when it is. So far all I have together are the core components (mobo, cpu, ram, psu, ssd, hdd, case) and I'll be adding stuff every month. Like the name suggest this will be my everything system...Streaming, gaming, Virtual machines, Video editing, Photo editing, etc.

Cpu: Blazing through everything i throw at it so far. I'm still using to stock cooler (it idles around 35 and under load 58) but I haven't really put it through the ringer yet.

Motherboard: It is actually the matx version I did not realize this until I was actually meeting the dude the collect the stuff (In my aforementioned eagerness) I said eff it because I didn't want to delay any longer. The h97m-d3h is solid and has great features for a really affordable price even more so with the combo.

SSD: Really fast Boot times and read & write speeds

Case: I love this case! I looked at a lot of cases before I came to this decision. The key features were the airflow and the dust filters (my room can get hot and dusty). I Had to spend some change to ship and clear but It is/was a very good investment (for now and the future). It is way bigger than I thought it would be though. Big *** case with a matx board :/. I'll be adding the two 140mm fans to the front for intake and moving the 200mm to the top as exhaust.

Psu: I know it is overkill to power the stuff that I have but hopefully it is something that will last me a long time.

Gpu: Still have not decided on this one. I'm just a casual gamer I will definitely try the newer, more demanding games but getting 100 fps on max settings is not that important to me. My go to games are FIFA 15, PES 15 and Street Fighter IV Ultra. Right now it's between the r9 280x(more raw power / 3gb) vs the gtx 960 (low power and heat/ 2gb/ cheaper) or wait on the r9 300 series / 960 TI, whenever that might be.. I'll be using a single 32? smart tv.
