Soooo I've been meaning to build a gaming pc for a long time now. I started working a lot more hours this summer just to buy this bad boy. There were so many big boxes in our house that my folks were like "Are you building an office?!
So being my first build, it took me around 6-7 hours because of some issues and getting confused on where the damn front panel connectors should be put.
Noctua Fans: I bought 4 so that I can put them as a replacement for my radiator and do a push/pull configuration. I will gladly say it is going well so far.
Motherboard: Slick and the color design fits with all the stuff I bought. I gotta say, it's been a long time since I saw a BIOS menu ever since my uncle back then was fixing our old pc many years ago.
SSD (3x) : Now this may be a stupid of me but I went full SSD on my build. I know I know, I could've just bought two Samsung EVO's with the same size and did RAID with it but what's done is done.
GPU: This thing is ******* nice! The color matches my build, no coil issues, quiet as a sleeping bird. Fantastic i say.
Monitor: Now, this one is probably what I was very skeptical with. Yes I could've just waited for the ROG IPS version that is coming next month but I couldn't wait any longer. I am happy to say that I made the right decision. Monitor is top notch and the 1440p resolution is a bit overwhelming even for me. Although no dead pixels can be seen, the backlight bleeding with a black/dark background is noticeable on the lower corners sadly. Still, I have no complaints whatsover.
Overall: This is my first time building something like this. I was very careful in putting each delicate parts ( I KEEP TOUCHING EVERY METALLIC PART I SEE!!!!)
I'm just happy right now !
