Description

This was my first true computer that was not a piece of crap. I use this for hardcore gaming and some video editing for you tube. ( www.youtube.com/J money Productions). Every thing just comes together making it a really nice gaming setup.

CPU- This is one of the best budget CPU's out on the market it can really kick some but in the gaming department and with it's 8 cores it makes streaming an ease. For the price i got it for 129.99 it was a steal and could not let it go.

Motherboard- At first i had trouble finding a place to pick this up but i eventually did and once i first laid my eyes on it i was amazed it looks good and with the audio boost it is a great motherboard. Also with this am3+ motherboard it gives me a good upgrade path to where i can eventually switch the 8350 with a 9500.

Memory- This ram is good and not only is is good it is the coolest looking ram i could find to match my build.

Storage- This hard drive was a good price and i dont really have very many complates about it. It is an all around good hard drive.

Video Card- The XFX 280x is a grate card for any 1080p game on max settings so it was perfect for me. It was overclocked and matches the theme of my build.

Case- I personally think this is the best case i have ever seen NZXT never lets me down and always have the coolest case on the market. It had everything i needed and is pretty silent.

Power Supply- This is just what a needed because it came with custom sleeved cables and fits in with my build.

Don't get the 9590. It's a space heater that needs water cooling just to not overheat.

I haven't had any problems with heating it stays reasonably cool and quiet all while giving me a great gaming experience.

Not a bad build, only thing I would have done different would be I would have gotten the XFX R9 290 its $45 more at $249.99 and would have been much better performance for your buck as in max out any game at 4k.

How are you liking the Samsung S24D300H monitor? Where did you get it for $129.99?

Is 750w really needed or is it just to be on the safe side? Would 600w do as well? How is the r9 280x?

I was planning on upgrading in the future. Rather it being getting another 280x or a FX 9590. And the 280x is a monster for the price.
