Description

This rig was a pain to build but totally worth it. Word of advice the cpu power connectors can't reach behind the case especially with the source 210.

benchmarks: bioshock infinite (Ultra) 120 fps DayZ (Low-High Settings) 30 fps go figure very unoptimized. Skyrim(Ultra) Locked at 60 fps Minecraft(max) 350 fps Battlefield 4 - 70 fps ultra stable Fallout NewVegas - 130 fps max The Evo and the extra fan aren't purchased yet i'm currently using the stock cooler which is loud as hell. Also planning on getting the MSi 290x non-reference design in april and a 120gb ssd for the os

That R9 295X2 Looks a lot like a asus r7, it must be my new glasses.

And that Corsair Supply says 750 on it when it's actually a 1000W PSU. Damn Corsair, liars :/

This is a basic gaming rig? A $1500 graphics card seems... overkill.

yeah considering hes running 1 1080 monitor and 1 1600 monitor #waste

Hi. This doesn't seem right. Why your rigs' parts are almost fully different than the listed here?

He probably overwrote the build instead of saving a new one.

I will say that the cable management leave quite a bit to be desired, so many jumbled cables may restrict air flow.

Make sure that you get a god cooler! The FX-9590 has NO PLACE in the gaming market, it is better to get the 8350 and overclock it. You will get pretty close to the same performance AND you will save more money to put on other things. Get a Phanteks ph-tc14pe (different colors), that will happily cool your it. or get a Noctua, it's uglier BUT at the same ime it is quieter...

Those monitors aren't EVEN worth it...get two of these monitors https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlVbGcv0g-g

Get a 512GB Samsung 840 PRO SSD for your games and main apps. Get a 4tb harddisk (not seagate...they have taken a downwards turn in reliability) for you photos, videos, music, ****, whatever else.

That DVD writer is...eww...I would of gotten an ASUS one...

A PSU like the Corsair AXi series might be a little better...would be a bit cooler...thanks to the monster efficiency...Seasonic PLatinum being the best thing you can buy... but the AXi and RM series will turn the fans off when the system is under lower load and be VERY quite.

Just a little ramble...take a look...maybe a suggestion here will do good?

I posted right before I read this, pretty much said the same thing about the 9590, the fx 9000 series is garbage. Not that much less than an i7, and not tht much better than an Fx8000 series cpu.

How were you able to get the side panel on with the H60? The screws that came with the H60 is not flat so the panel won't fir for me.

Hey, im looking into getting the same CPU and and CPU cooler. How does the CPU cooler do? Does it keep it pretty cool? Also hell of a build.

Your cable management sucks for such expensive equipment!

That is not a 295x2, and there is no liquid cooler!

I'd have gotten an 8350 and OC'd it to 4.5-4.7. You'll be lucky if you get that 9590 stable above 5ghz

I'm new to building, so my first thought was: "Didn't the GPU bottleneck the CPU?" Let me know if that was flawed. Thanks!

DayZ is a very ****** game; doesn't matter how good your computer is, you'll be lucky to get 30. I ran an old pentium D with an HD 4670, i got 20 fps, 10 fps in cherno (**** cherno).
