Description

As this being my first build I was very excited for making it and so when i finally got all my parts i put it together all on my desk while listening to that frank sinatra vinyl you’ll see on the wall. It actually took me 2 nights because I forgot to plug in 1 small cable and couldn’t figure it out but i finally saw that pesky power sw just barely unplugged. Overall I think I might’ve overthought the 2080 Super since it’s not really performing to my expectation, only 80 fps on Rise Of The Tomb Raider Ultra which is interesting considering SOTTR gets 100 fps ultra. These were taken on 1440l btw. Everything you see in the pics i built on my own, the desk, shelves, chair, and Pc.

Cpu- The Ryzen 5 3600 is a wonderful CPU . It’s brand new and has very little issues and it matches gaming performance with higher-end CPUs like the i7-9700k

Cooler- Extremely quiet, cheap, and works

X570 Mobo- Future proof, Gen 4 m.2, fast, fan is quiet, works amazingly, wifi onboard but is expensive.

Storage- Both drives work well and are quick for their separate needs but the hard drive is louder than my fans when playing games because it scratches and i dont know why.

2080 Super- Preforms under my expections with 80fps on Rise, but other than that its super quiet and even without caring about the fan curve

T500- Mid tower, fans and controller included, RGB, cheap

520W, barely even take up 450 at load. works great.

Montiro- Speachless I love it

When your build is so good, you have to post it twice.

2080 super only managing 80 fps 1080p quality, in Rise of The Tomb Raider??? There is something wrong with the card or your settings. I do not think this is normal performance for this card, at all.

Other than that, nice build man!

I think rise of the tomb raider had ray traced shadows in it. If you shut that off it should bolster performance

Thank you very much I'm going to see if RTX is enabled but it doesn't look like.

at 1080p i am surprised to see the 2080 super is not performing better. It makes me question if something is wrong

Like a charm but the hard drive is also blazing fast
