Description

Pretty standard Node 202 build. I just wanted to thank everyone for all the help and inspiration. Here is an Imgur link with pics and descriptions. http://imgur.com/a/52R7l Thanks again guys.

Part Reviews

Motherboard

I put this in a Node 202 and it works great. All headers are conveniently located and make cable management a breeze. http://imgur.com/a/52R7l

Video Card

I put this in a Node 202. Great little card and fits perfectly in that case. http://imgur.com/a/52R7l

Case

Just completed my build inside this thing. So far I'm pretty happy with it. My build is here http://imgur.com/a/52R7l

Case Fan

They are as quiet as they are ugly. If you aren't doing a windowed case and want the best fans money can buy, these are probably it. http://imgur.com/a/52R7l

Great build you have there. One important thing you missed, temps, how are the temps? +1

+1, beautiful build.

You really don't need that noctua under your gpu. The gpu will draw air in fine by itself. Great build btw, I love ITX but never build them, ATX is the right size for my ham hocks...

Do you think that the stock CPU cooler that comes with the i5 7500 is enough? I'm looking to build something like this and I don't know if another cooler will help with the temps.

Very nice looking build +1

You should flip the second fan in the gpu compartment to an exhaust, it might improve temps since that fan doesn't blow directly into the gpu ¯\(ツ)

Your case has something wrong. You received a case with the wrong front i/o usb cables. You are not the only one, many users had reported this problem and you should ask for a replacement. Fractal Design can send you a replacement for the front i/o only. Your cables are straight and the correct cables are angle. Example: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Fractal_Design/NODE_202/images/innerfrontio.jpg

Oh cool thank you very much. I will get right on that.

Do they sent you a whole new I/O card or just the cables?

I have read that they send you just the front i/o with the correct cables. I think it is easy to replace. Try to call Fractal Design and ask them about it.

I bought the Node 202, I hope to receive it with the correct cables.

Let me ask you something, I will put my monitor on top of the Node 202. Do you think that a 24" monitor won't broke the case? ahah

I notice your not using the gpu support that would normally be between the two fans. Is this something you could use but did not or you think not necessary for the portable build?
